"The important message here is that restroom hygiene is important - for good health and good business," says Kirk Kirssin, Cintas Director of Marketing.  "People form perceptions about the way companies do business based on a simple trip to the restroom.  That's something we help thousands of customers manage."

The Best Restroom Award was created in 2001 to honor businesses across the country that maintain exceptional hygiene, with style, in their public restrooms.  Over the last four years, the contest has attracted tens of thousands of visitors and voters.  Previous winners include the John Michael Kohler Arts Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, the restored Main Building at the University of Notre Dame, the Grand Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi and the Fort Smith Regional Airport in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

The winner will be announced in April of 2006 and receive the coveted “America’s Best Restroom” plaque of recognition from Cintas.  In addition, the winner will also secure their place in the “America’s Best Restroom Hall of Fame” found at www.bestrestroom.com
